Simon -- leaping lizards, this man looked H.O.T. tonight. rraaaarrr. and i LOVE it when he smiles. woo, i have such a crush on him!!
Ryan -- still a cutie, and looks great tonight.
Randy subdued, yay!
Clay, oh how i adore him.
Paula looks pretty, as always.
Kimberly Caldwell, easy on the eyeliner, you look like a lady of the night!
i wish Kelly would do something different with her hair. and she needs to put some clothes on!! and that's the only song on her CD that i really can't bear to listen to, but i like this arrangement of it. they should have done that on the record.
grrrr -- matt rodgers. booooo.
blah -- leah labelle and jasmine.
yay, Jennifer and Latoya and Amy!
all my fellas are back, too! george and jon sounded good tonight.
say, if Ruben would have sung like that at the end of last season instead of getting lazy, i would have bought his CD. instead, i bought Clay's, because he cares about the fans.
Diana's last song -- 1 bad note, a lot of strain, still good. just not my American Idol.
Fantasia's last song -- outstanding.
the duet -- i love that song. love diana's dress, though it's a bit immodest in the shoulder area... cute duet.
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! America, we got one right. hip hip hooray for 'Tasia!!
and i'm crying. hooray for tears.
We are very sad here in Snellville. We don't like Fantasia. Her head is shaped like a pear, and her cavernous mouth is at least a foot wide, but I guess the welfare mom vote pulled her through.

Diana's dress was immodest, but paula's dress was not?

Kingslasher, i'm sorry for your sadness, but glad that Fantasia won. Diana will do fine and get a contract, too, so i'm not worrying too much about it; and if Diana would have won, they seriously would have had to beg for viewers next season...
jason, i honestly didn't pay much attention to Paula. i saw her face and thought, "well, she looks pretty, get her off the screen." i didn't even look at the dress. but i'm sure you're right, as modest dress in the music business is hard to come by.

You think Fantasia will get the chance to sing the soundtrack from Disney's Fantasia?
Simon cute? C'mon, SarahK. It's the accent. Admit it.

I agree. Simon is definitely cute and the accent is just part of the whole cute package. Is it my imagination, or has Reuben put on weight (I know, I know)?? Just wondering if anyone else thought so.
God Bless Fantasia!!! What a gal!! I'm looking forward to her CD!

Kingslasher, i'm sorry for your loss, but i'm not a welfare mom, and i voted for Fantasia. Diana choked a bit, and Fantasia put it away, what can you do?
Posted by: sarahk | Friday, May 28, 2004 at 12:18 AM
oops, i already answered that one. it's late, and i'm tired.
SpaceMonkey, it's the whole package; the accent doesn't hurt, but the rest of him is great too, especially that smile. mmmmm.
i don't know, jonag, Bikermommy kept commenting on the fact that Ruben has a sweating problem. i'm ready for Fantasia's cd, too!
