i'm not sure that I'm sure I can or can't top/over-the-top it. and but I will and won't try sporadically and frequently.
that may or may not be what I was or wasn't going or coming for or against.

I used to drive one of my high school English teachers nuts by saying "huh" all the time. She drove me to it. I think she used to call on me so she could give 10 minute lectures on how awful "huh" sounded, which was 10 minutes less work, so it did serve a purpose for the rest of the class too.
